home, with one photo
Lame me, I didn't bring a camera.
But lucky for YOU, dear readers, my colleague did - and here is the result.
(Yeah, I cropped her out of the photo as I didn't think she'd want to be published on the Internets, and she doesn't know I have a blog).
I am wrapped in layers to fight the chill, and looks like I pulled my hair back a bit too severely trying to look continental, but otherwise look very Côte d'Azur, no? Uh, no.
Oh well - at least you get a photo.
(And yes, those are shopping bags - I couldn't help myself and did a tiny bit of shopping, including some FAB cheese and chocolates that will be great Christmas gifts.)

First time I've ever seen your face. And girl, you so don't look like you need to lose all this weight you claim.
Elle, you are my new best friend. I thank you for the complement!! Your $20 is on the way. :-)
It's not a bad photo (and the bonus is that I'm wearing shades so feel slightly more comfortable posting this shot on the web). You'll note I'm standing at a well- practiced, and ever-so-flattering 45 degree angle and I just MAY have stretched the photo vertically. A tiny little bit. Not so much that anyone could tell. Right?
To tell you the boring truth, I really *did* need to lose a bunch of weight - and a chunk of that is now gone. I do have some left, but I can pretty confidently say that I've gone from FatLand Security Threat Level Red to Level Orange, and maybe even Amber.
Amber alert, LOL!! It's great to see you sans camel!
I think you look AB FAB!
Welcome home chou2.
you look sooo glam darlin' movie star : ) xx oo
I agree you look amazing! Elle is right! But I know what it is like to feel like you are so much bigger than other people perceive. If you feel as if you need to lose more good luck with that!
I am trying to email you. please, email me.

Aren't we getting all bold and posting photos! LOL Nice to see you looking fabulous! :-) Is my chocolate in that bag? LOL
You do look lovely, and very Haute - Cote de Azure - Couture. I think I don't know how to spell haute couture. I'm trying to say you look all fashionable and fancy in addition to fabulous!
the scarf, the shades, the shopping... ooh la la.
:)
Chou-Chou, I'm on pins and needles! What about the amarylis? Sorry if the spelling is off! Enough about France, unless those chocolates are in the mail to moi!
You are a stylin', chic, jet-setting mama!
Sounds like you're having fun!!
I wanna be your traveling buddy. And if our cruiseship sink, at least I know we'll be safe because we are crew women. (oh.. i really only do starboard)
