H.I.L. update

Looking over yesterday's post about the H.I.L. (House I Love), I have to chuckle - man I was still running (and writing) on adrenaline...

Here's the summary in plain English:

I found a great house to raise Sprout in, and I'm in contract to buy it. It's a cute little vintage California bungalow. This is the living room!

Escrow closes December 5th, so it wouldn't be safe - yet - to say that I've "bought" it. But I've signed on the dotted line, and so have the sellers, so unless something goes seriously sideways, it's mine!
