update - Molasses in January edition

I spoke to the adoption agency yesterday, and found out that my dossier and referral documents are still being translated.

This which means they haven't yet been legalized.

Which means they aren't close to being SUBMITTED to court for a court date yet.

So for those of you holding your breath, you can exhale. It's going to be a while. (Looky, I did that whole thing without using the words wa_t or sl_w.)

The one bright spot in the dim picture is that I should be getting update photos and info on the Sprout late this week or early next.

SHITSHITSHITSHIT.

I said it for you.

But the court date is still on track, right?

If they need help, I'm sure I can find some free online translation service that will translate (roughly) your dossier from English to Ahmeric (sp??)

Damnit c2--this is unhappy news indeed. The new pictures will be nice to have, but small comfort while you're waiting for Sproutina.

I know this part seems brutal but, trust me when I say it will all be a blur once you have little sprout in your arms. Things manage to speed up a little when you least expect it. I'm chanting, praying and willing it for you, girl! Hang in there.
