Check out this great NY Times article [kindly posted at Friends of Ethiopia] about Ethiopian food and the experience of dining.
I love food, and I love trying other cultures' food and traditions around dining... this post makes me realize another thing I have to look forward to when I get to Addis.
(But I do think I'll skip the Tarik House...)
